MISS MINNESOTA 2015

Rachel Latuff, Miss Olmsted County is MISS MINNESOTA 2015!!

Rachel will compete for the title of Miss America 2016 in Atlantic City, New Jersey in September. Rachel was a preliminary Lifestyle and Fitness award winner and for her talent Rachel performed a contemporary ribbon dance. In addition to acting as an ambassador for the official national platform, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Rachel's year of service will center on advancing her platform, "The Heart of Learning: Providing What Our Classrooms Need."

Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in K-12 Art Education from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.

2nd Runner up:  Madeline Van Ert, Miss Rochester

3rd Runner up:  Kailee Ogden, Miss Northern Lakes

4th Runner up:  Bailey Sorvig, Miss Northwest
