About the Pageant
The Miss Winona Scholarship Program is a closed pageant and is the longest running local pageant in Minnesota, celebrating its 65th year in 2010.
Throughout the years, many of the winners have gone on to be Miss Minnesota: Jeanne Reince 1954; Marie Miller 1956; Mary Nelson 1976; Eileen VanDriest 1994; Sherry Johnson 1996; Jennifer Ostergaard 1997; Megan West 1998. Pamela Chapman was 1st Runner up in 2006.
